‘Gays should be the least of Ghana’s problems’ – Reggae musician

Controversial Ghanaian reggae artiste, Wanlov The Kubolor has expressed for gays in Ghana by stating he doesn’t see any big deal in men being attracted to fellow men.

While commenting on some national issues affecting Ghana in a recent interview with Pulse Ghana, the ‘Human Being’ singer said: ‘People being gay in Ghana is the least of our concerns, they make it seem as if gay people are doing harm to the country but there are more important things for us to do and talk about.’

Although the hip life singer didn’t exactly reveal where his loyalty lies between the divides, especially as he once said he had been to bed with 300 women in his life, he went further to describe gays as passionate and successful creatures. ‘Gays are more passionate and efficient with the work they do, there have certain qualities about them and are very nice and some are successful in their own rights.

‘There are far much important issues for us to be concerned about rather than concentrating on some people who have decided to be gays, we are just transferring our anger on them because we are suffering in the country.’

The Romania-born singer is a member of a popular Ghanaian group, Foes of Kwameh Nkrumah (FOKN) made up of himself and M3nsa Ansa, also a hip life act….
