Men Hanging From A Moving Train Fall And Die In Ikeja (Graphic Photo)

Angry Nigerian youths stormed a construction site close to the Ikeja railway this morning destroy to vandalise properties after a train passenger died after an accident.

According to 36NAIJA reports, a train which carried some ‘hanging’ passengers was moving along the Ikeja railway. At the PWD bus stop, an excavator which was being used for the construction of the 2nd phase of the railway in Ladipo, Ikeja, was stationed very close to the railway.

Just as the train passed the area where the excavator was stationed, the men that hung on it were knocked down by a part of the excavator that was close to them.

Unfortunately, one of the men died. There are rumours that the second man also died but this cannot be verified at this time.

After the incident, an angry mob made up youths stormed the scene to vandalise and wreak havoc on the tractor, trucks and evacuators which were being used for the construction.

Some of the workers of the construction company workers along with 2 Chinese supervisors at the site absconded the scene to save their loves upon sighting the angry youths.
