Spanish striker, Fernando Llorente has reportedly joined Napoli on a two-year contract after being released by Tottenham Hotspur according to 36Naija Sports.
The 34-year-old forward had been without a club ever since his contract at Tottenham expired in June. But will now agree on a deal with Napoli to return to the Serie A.
Fernando Llorente played for Juventus from 2013 to 2015, scoring 23 goals in 66 appearances and winning 2 league titles, 2 Italian Super Cups and a Coppa Italia in Turin.
The 24-time Spain international also won the 2010 World Cup in South Africa and the 2012 European Championship.
Last season, Fernando Llorente scored a controversial goal which helped Tottenham defeat Manchester City on away goals in the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals.
