President Muhammadu Buhari has returned to Nigeria (Abuja) after attending the 7th Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD 7) in Yokohama, Japan.
36Naija News reports that the Nigerian President and some members of his entourage touched down at the Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport Abuja at about 11:38 p.m.
President Buhari assured potential investors in Japan of good returns as a result of ongoing reforms which his administration initiated in the last three years.
Also, President BhaBuhari held bilateral talks with the Japanese government and companies as well as some discussions with African leaders during the conference.
On Friday, Buhari welcomed the enthusiasm shown by the Toyota Group and the Japan Bank for International Cooperation to support projects in which Japanese companies are involved in Nigeria.
Buhari met with members of the Nigerian community in Japan where he condemned the activities of the Nigerians who indulge in criminal activities.
President Buhari noted that the criminal activities of dubious Nigerians do not represent the true values of the majority of the people of the country.
