Today, the Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari was captioned while participating in the opening session and plenary at the seventh Tokyo International Conference on African Development in Yokohama Japan.

President Muhammadu Buhari was joined at the opening session by the Japanese Prime Minister, Shinzo Abe, United Nations Secretary-General, Antonio Guterres, African Union Chairperson, the Egyptian President, Abdel Fattah El-sisi and other African Leaders.
